Cosy winter entertaining - wonderful

I'm not sure where you are, but here in Sydney the weather is getting pretty chilly; and as the evenings get colder I tend to spend less time out and more time in with friends and family. A winter's dinner or any kind of winter entertianing really is gorgeous. I find you tend to have smaller groups of people over, and the focus on delicious, warming food is huge, I just love it.
