Terms & Conditions: By purchasing custom invites from Fox and Beau, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Copyright
 Fox and Beau retains ownership of all original artwork, concepts and ideas You may not copy or re-sell or re-distribute our artwork under any circumstances.

Cancellations: 
Full payment is required before commencement of any personalised artwork. Cancellations may be made before check-out in your shopping basket. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds after purchase as invites have been created solely on your information provided.

Proofs: 
Please check your inputted information carefully before check-out as Fox and Beau is not liable for any errors or omission following payment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that your information is accurate. Colour may vary slightly from your digital pdf to your printed product. This occurs simply because computer screens and printers read colour differently. Fox and Beau will not provide new or amended artwork.

Disclaimer:
 Fox and Beau will not be held responsible for damages resulting from its products or loss resulting from their failure. Fox and Beau is not liable for any loss of data, delayed or non-delivery of product for whatever cause.

Privacy:
 Fox and Beau will not share your information with any third parties.

Payment Policies and Returns: Payment is securely handled by Paypal and other secure online payment forms. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Please look at the payment options when you check out as there is the option to pay with or without an existing account. Payment is due before your order will be processed and completed.

Invite supply: Your custom invite will be emailed directly to the address specified in check out. You will receive an email with a high quality pdf invitation for you to supply to your preferred printer. Any mail merged invites with more than 50 names will need to be supplied on disk via post*. Please add the address to your PayPal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. Please do not write your shipping address in "notes to seller". Shipment will take longer on personalised items such as mail merged invites. Please allow 7-14 days for invite to be designed, have a copy made and posted to your specified address**.

Returns: 
Please be sure that the item is exactly what you want before you buy as we do not offer refunds unless a product is damaged or defective. To be sure a product is exactly what you hope for, feel free to email any questions via the “contact”. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to ship a new item as soon as possible. Defective returns are also subject to a condition inspection before any refund will be made. Notifications of faulty goods later than 10 days of date of shipping will not accepted.

Affiliates with the company: Any suggestions or affiliates that Fox and Beau have suggested are not a reflection of the company Fox and Beau. Any third party suggestions are made upon past experiences and services provided at an exceptional level however Fox and Beau is not responsible for any third parties performances or service levels.

Shipping information: Shop orders will be shipped within 7 business days via standard Australian post unless otherwise specified. For personalised stationery items such as invites or custom canvas prints please allow 7-21 days production time prior to shipping. We use Australia Post to calculate our shipping costs. All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD).

*Invitation orders: Postage will only be required on mail merged items. You will receive an example proof of your invite via email and be posted a cd copy via mail with all of your guest names on the high quality pdf.

**The final post cost will appear in checkout.
